Also, if you're keen to chase down some better copies of the photos - sorry, they're only 1988 model photocopies - I believe a SUE HEWETT of Sydney NSW has the originals. She is big in Family History and I think she has had a book out recently.

My notes on the back of this extract from a family Bible are ... "This was made out by Albert Pearce 1865-1956 (who married Annie Johns), son of Francis and Margaret (nee Warne) Pearce."

I understand this to be Elizabeth Warne (nee Sibley), the mother of Francis Pearce. I've added the old Truro Cornwall photographer's back plate to this photo just for "atmosphere".
