He turns up for one solitary moment in time, as the father on his daughter's marriage certificate in 1838, a "Silk Mercer" living in Poplar parish Msx. That's it. The rest of the fruitless research notes are in the above file, and best read them to see what NOT to waste your time on.
Also, where then was his daughter Elizabeth Anne born?
